Refund policy

All Wink Emporium products are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, colour choice, or change of mind. Please check sizing carefully before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We do not offer refunds for items that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery.
